Will you sell me parts so I can fix a cracked screen myself?
We think it's great that you're motivated to do things yourself. However, screen and part repairs aren't always as easy as they look on YouTube. We have invested thousands of dollars in specialized tools and equipment in order to protect your devices while we repair them, thus doing the best job possible.
Many times, customers bring in a YouTube-guided repair fail that caused additional damage and we have to put the pieces back in order - thus costing more time, and more money.

Can I supply my own parts?
Sometimes. Customers will often see "replacement parts" on eBay or Amazon with low sticker prices. However, they aren't always the correct parts (even though they may be advertised as such) and they usually aren't the kind of quality the we pride ourselves on. We order OEM parts from trusted suppliers and offer a 6 month warranty on parts; we also offer a GUARANTEE on our workmanship.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or credit and payment is rendered when service is complete.
How long will I be without my phone/tablet/computer?
Don't worry. We know you can't be without your devices for long. Most phone and tablet screen repairs can be done on the spot and in less than 30 minutes. We have repaired thousands of screens and will make sure to re-assemble your device just as it was using only quality parts. Parts come with a 6 month manufacturer's warranty and our workmanship is always guaranteed.
